Shipping Information

Uk Shipping

Shipping starts at £2.50 up to £10.00 depending on the size, weight and value of the item. The cost also includes packaging. If you are buying more than one item, the cost of postage will be combined to save you money. All items are carefully checked before sending.

Items are shipped out within 2 business days and are expected to arrive in 2-5 business days. You will receive an email when your item has been shipped. If your item has not arrived within a week, please contact us at [email protected] so that we can resolve the issue.

Please ensure the correct address is stated on your order. Seaside Sirens will not refund or resend a product if it has been sent to the wrong address.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we cannot offer international shipping on all of our items as of yet but are working to fix this.
If you are an international customer and are interested in a number of items, please contact us at [email protected] and we will try our best to ship to you. We are hoping to ship internationally in full in 6 months time.

Returns

Returns can only be taken if the product is faulty upon arrival. Please ensure you read about the product carefully, including any washing instructions (if applicable). Each product is carefully monitored before sending. 

If the product is faulty on arrival, please email us at the address below, or through out contact page so that we may resolve the issue. Seaside Sirens does offer a repair service if the postage is paid to return the product. Seaside Sirens will pay for the postage back to you.

As we are a small business we cannot accept responsibility if the product does not fit, or if you change your mind.
